xcr.pt extension

A chrome extension allows you to save fragments of the web content and produce permanent link for it so you can share with anyone, anywhere.

Installation

$ yarn
$ yarn build

To install the extensions, follow the instructions for loading an unpacked extension here: https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/getstarted#manifest

The dist directory contains the manifest file and the extension source.

Usage

You can excerpt content from the web page by clicking a toolbar button (in the top-right). If you have a selection it gets clipped otherwise generic page summary is excerpt.
