all the ProgrammableBlock/TileEntity types - PRB, BioLock, and Keypad - should implement an isBlank() method, and should drop a generic instead of a unique ID'd instance when broken if isBlank() is true, so they will stack.

Low priority, and might end up bypassing entirely if the major overhaul planned for the mc 1.8 update ends up using memory cards

probably nbt save/load related, not looked at those yet.

minor issue but something to look at, nothing about the block ought to prevent this, it used to be possible and it's useful for testing purposes.

programming a biolock seems to work initially, but breaking and re-placing the biolock. Only tested thus far with learning names/levels for prints, not with storing activation programs. Learned prints are remembered as long as the block isn't broken or the world re-loaded.
