Testing event pipeline

The sample-labeling script was designed with class names in mind for Python.

Now that we're using properties instead, we should update it (and its tests) to reflect this.

@tmatsuo given that a) I need to clean up the script itself and b) you requested this change, would you mind updating the tests if you have the cycles? (I can update the script to get them passing.)

This is a test issue I (ajhamilton@) am creating to see if GitHub IDs for issues (not issue numbers) stay the same when issues are transferred between repositories.

Add the following libraries to requirements-dev.txt and fix any raised errors:

flake8-import-order==0.18.1
flake8-quotes==3.2.0

• get rid of parenthesis when unpacking tuples
• don't use \ for long lines (wrap in parenthesis instead)
• new make sure CI fails if mypy has errors
