Getting above error when trying to share .wav files that work fine for me (owner/author) when I click it during setup test. But when testing from my gmail (as if I were a user), I get errors.
Am I setting up share privileges wrong or is there another issue (google says file too big for virus check when download is selected, could that be a part of problem). Also I doubt if theres anything in the metadata for any songs (all recorded live and digitized with Adobe Audition). Is the problem referenced in the error, an internal one, or an external one for me to readjust some setting?

Trying to open a .wav file with Google Drive Music Player, the loading screen appears but never completes loading. It is stuck on the "Loading..." screen. It actually loaded successfully twice before, but after trying to create a playlist of the .wav file (the playlist also got stuck on the loading screen), the audio file itself then got stuck on the loading screen.

Environment: Google Chrome Version 40.0.2214.111 m on Windows 7 SP1

Update: Same exact file loads and plays back fine in Firefox 35.0.1 on same machine. Perhaps a Chrome issue.

Music Player has two run timers both exactly the same (counting up). One should be counting down from the end while the other is counting forward from the start?

Time elapsed is the same as total time. Thusly, the progress bar is always at 100%.

Do not have an option to search the list, one deteminada music

i cant do anything on it and i was looking forward to doing stuff but i cant you should be able to record like come on people come on 1 star out of 5

I have a folder with about 2k songs, and want to select them all for player, but there is no such feature. Instead i should go to folder and select by bunches, so spending a lot of time for scrolling and loading

I can open from GoogleDrive, by "open with" and "music player for google drive", but if i'm already inside the app, i can only open/add files, and create new playlist. That would be a good issue to select from my playlists also.
Anyways, this is a really good App, i started using it and really like it!

I have a link to someones else Google Drive (anybody who has the link is able to open / hear mp3 files). I have opened one of these mp3 files with the drive-music-player. After that I wanted to add all 30 (?) mp3 files. OK, that worked, but they were added slowly and in the wrong order. Now I wanted to change the order and pressed on the create-playlist-button at the bottom right. It started to do sth. (progress bar on grayed out list) but nothing happens any more.
Please make it possible to arrange the order in a fast way. Thanks.

The problem is that the music you put on there does not stay it deletes.

Can't find a way to delete play lists. For that matter, can't find a way to create & rename playlists.

I can't play my mp4 files I've recorded. I am accessing the mp4 file via Google drive, then right clicking on the mp4 file I want to play. Then selecting Music Player for Google Drive. It loads and then tries to play the file but can't. I get a "sorry, an error occurred while attempting to play this song".

Can someone help? This would be an incredibly useful app for me if I can get it to work.

My music is like having a glitch problem and skips and makes it sound all weird but some times it will stop and play normal

This makes it impossible to select which files on a playlist I want to play.

When creating a list of 500 songs is impossible to use the player

I installed music player so that I could click on voicemails in gmail (my VOIP provider sends them to me as an attached WAV) and listen to them. Music player was one of the apps google auto-suggested.

However, now that it's installed, when I click on a voicemail, music player loads and then displays the error in the subject line.

currently there doesn't appear to be support for m4b audiobook files. is adding this feature possible?

Does not play 3 selected tunes

The bar that is supposed to be able to be clicked in order to jump or revert to a specific time of an audio file is not functional so in order to replay a segment I have to completely restart the entire audio and just wait for the it to get back to the time I needed to listen to.

Easy issue would be to add tooltip to artist + song title (+ album title if exists). There are tooltips on hovering remove buttons, reordering, so won't be hard to add to these titles.
Reason is when they are too long, i can't see the full title...

Another part of the issue, when changing the song, html-head-title can be also changed to the currently played song + default title ("Music Player for Google Drive").

Hi, it would be nice to have also the next/prev (:fast_forward:/:rewind:) button as there is in a usual player. :relaxed:
(Shuffle 🔀 and repeat 🔁/🔂 buttons are really good and working well, which are also a thankful features!😉)

For those who use longer playlist it would be nice and easy to have the player handler buttons fixed on top, the add audio tools fixed on bottom, and the list of the playlist scrolling between...

Can't seem to delete playlists.

I think the music player should have a forward button, so that we don't have to manually pick a song. It kinda eliminates the purpose of a shuffle button if there is no forward and/or back select button.

Google's Driveplayer works perfect in Chrome OS or Chrome, but not on Android Chrome. It simply doesn't do what is has to do: play the songs. It shows them but does not play them. Sometimes the time of a song shows 00:00 and does not play, sometimes the time of a song shows the exact time but does not play either. Like in this screenshot: the first title is about 10 minutes, but is shows 00:00. The next song shows the time correct, but is doesn't play. In Chrome OS this list plays perfect!

When a MP3 file with a length of e.g. 8 minutes or more is played back (from a shared google location), it does not show the total length of the file. It shows only the current time.
