I am using your gallery app on android tv box (Android 11) and Samsung Tab S7 (Android 13).
The android tv box works with a harddisc over usb 3.0 (OTG) and has ntfs file system.
The Samsung Tab S7 has a micro sd card slot and work with a micro sd card 1 tb which is ExFat fomatted.

On both devices I have over 100 folders with pictures (max resolution 2560x1920 pixels - jpeg - filesize less than 1 MB).

Some of the folders does not get detected in your app, but in other gallery apps from Samsung or A+ gallery.
All folder and picture names use alphabetic and numeric names (shorter than 50 chars).

I can not see a reason, why your app could not show a few folders on both system.
On a samsung s10 smartphone with android 12 I do not get any problems with these folders and files.

First I though the media storage is incomplete, but I used an android app to scan und generate the media storage database.

Is there a file or folder limit for your gallery app?

I have more than 100 folders and more than 70.000 files on the devices.

I'm using Pocket Paint for editing my images and it's a better alternative to Adobe Photoshop. It would be nice to see Pocket Paint in your Gallery app, because I think that the gallery editor is plain. Here's the repo:

Why not make a prebuild apk on fdroid or google play?, i'm trying to use the app because i really like you application collection (Dailer,Contacts,Messages,Files) it all great and all of them have a prebuilt images (Apks).

I would like to report a minor bug in your gallery app.

When photos in the album are sorted by month (currently its December), November 2023 is shown at the top, followed by October and every other month, with December right at the bottom.

Swtching the order between ascending and descending keeps November at the top, followed by february, etc, with December at the very bottom again.

Is the newer versions of Right Gallery app is close sourced?

When a lot of videos are watched in a row, sometimes it exits to the album view mid video, sometimes crashes the app, sometimes black screen.

I did get a crash log but unfortunately have since lost it. It said something about "unable to allocate "x" bits of memory with "y" bits available (y was more than x).
