The npm package seems to have DOS line endings, which is messing with the shebang here. When trying to execute it as a binary the error /usr/bin/env: ‘node\r’: No such file or directory is thrown.

Not the case if I clone directly from this repo though.

This was changed in 0.8.1.

Once that's done, I think this is up to compliance with 0.9.0.

@golf1052 I see you've recently updated the builder to support Chris' latest version. Currently the latest version in base16-project/home is version 0.10.1 and 0.11.0 is currently in a PR (Feel free to add any comments to that PR).

Personally, I don't see a need to support so many different builders since they would all need to be updated to whenever the spec updates, but if someone wants to do that work (while other people are also doing it) that's cool. We currently have base16-builder-go and base16-builder-node supporting 0.10.1. (I'd prefer if we had a typescript builder instead of a node builder, but that's just my preference and I'm not maintaining any of the builders). If there are things in the specs that you feel are missing, you could propose a change and we could update the spec (eg. it looks like vscode themes are required to be labelled as dark/light, I've suggested this change in the past and people were positive to it. It doesn't look like it's in there yet, but something we could easily add).
