Extension needs update

Currently this extension cannot be built due to missing required extension logo (#1). Also, the extension is currently does not work with Thingiverse anymore, as they refuse default web user agent when attempting to download and even browsing the Thingiverse website with Qt's web browser is not stable (it keeps bring you back to the frontpage).

Considering that there was no follow-up on the pull request for fixing the extension logo, this extension is considered to be no longer maintained and will be removed from the extension index.

Based on this module a similar module has been created in SlicerIGT to preserve a working example of downloading 3D models directly to Slicer:
