It seems that there has been a duplication of shortcuts between
godot/editor/plugins/script_text_editor.cpp
Line 2489 in 705b7a0
and
Line 7203 in 705b7a0
It is rightfully prioritising the script specific shortcut over the general shortcut, I'm not sure if there's any way to cleanly fix this without changing one of the shortcuts.

I am able to reproduce this, it seems to be an issue only when the script editor is focused. The shortcut seems to work fine with the script editor open but a different element is focused.
