The "Start Window" in Visual Studio 2022 has a dark background and no border, which makes it hard to navigate when the background is also dark.

I work on an engineering in Visual Studio, and we are working on some capabilities that could improve theming capabilities. Perhaps UX details like this could be a part of the next set of theming improvements inside Visual Studio as well.

For the window "Create a new branch" the theming is not fully applied.
Because of this it is not possible to read the labels in the field.

Edit: this is tested using visual studio 2019 (Version 16.11.7)

The razor tag helpers' color in .cshtml file and .razor file is not so good.

My suggestion is: pink would be best here.

Opened C# file heading's bottom border is there but not visible due to the color of the border. Please give the same color as the top border. The border should be on the red marked line as follows:
