idea: automatic initialization of shows

When starting golpje when the database is empty, the following could happen:

  • scan shows_path for all directories
  • match found directories with list of predefined shows
  • add show and set minseason to the last season that is available
  • if the most recent download was less then X time ago (3 months perhaps?) set it to active, otherwise disable it
