Hi everytime when I run the code to do something in the terminal it says unknown command.

I am on mac

launcher.py fails to start with an error

from subprocess import CREATE_NEW_CONSOLE
ImportError: cannot import name CREATE_NEW_CONSOLE

Subprocess modules have the CREATE_NEW_CONSOLE property only on windows

Change projects directory name to examples to better reflect its content

Sometimes the Turtle drops diamonds, this may be related to my workaround to let it work when moving downward

I find annoying that Turtle keeps moving one block more than the number she's told to.
E.g. turtle.forward(1) creates a two-blocks line.
I'm going to fix this, any objection?
