Attempting to register assets that already exist will cause the API to return an error. As the FortiCare API has a limit of 10 errors per hour after which access is blocked for 1 hour, the tool should check that serial numbers are not already registered before attempting to register them.

Need to add capability to stop registration process once it has been started, currently no way without existing the tool.

The FortiCare registration API has the following limits:

• Maximum 100 calls per minute
• Maximum 1000 calls per hour
• Maximum 10 errors per hour
• Maximum number of units per batch registration is 10
• Maximum number of errors allowed per batch registration is 5

When these limits are being approached, the tool should limit requests to prevent the API enforcing restrictions.
