Auto create an _id column, instead of id
As some CSVs might have already an id column
Port "Add scan directory option" to 8.x
Add delimiter option for D8.

@HelenaEksler Maybe we should add the option for the user to add a custom delimiter if they have something other than "," in their csv file, What do you think ?

Using --limit will convert only a limited number of rows.

Add index key to table
By adding index:TRUE in the header of the column of the csv file. (Can have more than one index key)
