Example function which sends a card to Microsoft Teams

Requirements

  • Microsoft Teams
  • A Teams incoming webhook
  • Azure subsciption

Installation

  • create new funtion with PowerShell as the language
  • set schedule for the function e.g. 0 0 0 0 ? * 1/7 * - every 7 days on sunday at time 00:00
  • set the webhook either in code (not recommended) or with application setting
  • set icebreaker participants in code (not recommended) or with application setting
