@crichID the course doesn't use VS Code for pull requests, only for cloning, branching, staging, committing, and pushing. The PRs are done on GitHub. The step the learner is describing is referring to the GitHub UI (see it in my own repo).
I'm 👍 for clarifying the instructions if that's not already clear, but I'm also OK with using the Pull Request extension for VS Code if that's the route we want to go.
