Currently when pressing Enter in a footnote, it split the footnote in 2 (with the same ID).

Instead we should prevent it from doing anything.

Hey folks, thanks for putting out the plugin. While playing with the demo, I saw three weird behaviors -

1. Insert a footnote at the end of the demo sentence, and press 'enter'. Instead of moving to a new blank paragraph, it starts a new paragraph with the same footnote number and there doesn't seem to be a way to get out of it.

2. When using a backspace on the footnote superscript, it deletes the superscript note but the not the footnote itself.

3. When using the backspace on the footnote superscript, and a couple of times more, the selection moves randomly to the front of the sentence.

Sometimes, some footnote_ref have no ids. This plugin should handle this case by removing them automatically when they have no id.
