I would like to create a sitemap for a book served from a subdirectory, e.g. http://mybook.com/subdir/.

My configuration looks like this:

"sitemap":  {
  "hostname": "http://mybook.com/subdir/"
 }

In the generated sitemap in all links subdir is ignored.

Hi, I add the sitemap plugin in my gitbook with "hostname": "http://codenote.liuyid.in/". However, in the sitemap http://codenote.liuyid.in/sitemap.xml, all links are wrong with additional "null"s, like http://codenote.liuyid.in/nullREADME.html .

With hostname set to http://www.example.com the first entry in the sitemap is

http://www.example.com/./

Should be

http://www.example.com/

I have run gitbook install, but some error there.

Error: Error loading plugins: gitbook-plugin-sitemap. Run 'gitbook install' to install plugins from NPM.

This plugin generates sitemap for single language and broken for multi-language site.
