This is not an issue - I just wanted to let you know that I have combined the functionality that you provide in moji with the romajinizer gem, and created a new gem called ikayzo-moji_plus_romajinizer. It basically adds the methods to the String class, so you can call the methods from any String object.

The following are not "zenkaku" characters. It causes issues when working with Greek/Cyrillic text which is not intended to be considered Japanese. I think these should be removed.

    ZEN_GREEK => /[Α-Ωα-ω]/,
    ZEN_CYRILLIC => /[А-Яа-я]/,

Is it possible to make a version of Moji which does not use eval? (Maybe dropping support for Ruby < 1.9 would be necessary?)
