Don't run checks for input elements which don't allow users to type into them (e.g. checkbox, radio, range).

Things can get overwhelming very, very quickly with input[type=range]...

Pasting a big block of number-containing text into an input will trigger a check for each number in the text, all at once.

For example, I pasted a big regex containing a lot of Unicode code points, which triggered at least 20 notifications and 4 attempts to "rotate the board" all at once. Whoops.

There is no Nummerwang! variant for German-speaking browser nerds.

Currently the extension keeps a per-page counter of when Wangernum has been reached. This means that it's rarely encountered. The count should be global across all pages.

Move the counting from the content script into the background page, and change the internal messaging system to fit.
