Hi there,

Is there a way I can make conditional custom fields mandatory ? I don't want the user to be able to create a ticket without filling all the CF's. I've already selected the Mandatory Validation for all the custom fields, but it's not working

Seems that any of our CustomFields that use a multiline text box or the wiki input are not hidden.

I have an issues with this plugin on my rt platform. I want to make a custom field of type "Upload" to be condition by another custom field of "Select One Value" type, and it seems to not working. The Upload CF appear no matter what I am doing. Has anyone encountered this problem?

I have an issue with the plugin, after upgrading to the latest version of the plugin, on one of my RT instance, the conditional cf's are not working anymore for the unprivileged users. On another instance of RT where I didn't upgrade the plugin, the conditional CF's working fine. I have granted the SeeCustomField and ModifyCustomField rights for Everyone or Unprivileged Users .

This commit, from last Aug, breaks 5.0-add-callbacks-to-extend-customfields-capabilities.patch - while it occurred too late for the 5.0.3 release, it was included in last week's 5.0.4 update.

As the first two files had the patch apply with fuzzing, I'm attaching a new patch which appears to work with 5.0.4.

On chromium browsers conditional custom fields are not acting as expected. It works fine in Firefox.
When choosing a custom field that has some "underlying" custom fields I sometimes have to choose another value first and then the actual value that has a children custom field to get it to show at all. This applies to both editing a ticket and viewing a ticket.

I can see an error in the console whenever I choose a value that is having children custom fields, if we can call them that.
This error shows whether or not if the children custom field actually shows when choosing the parent field value. It usually shows after going back and forth between values in the parent custom field.

This error might also be unrelated to this extension, but the weird behaviour of the custom fields is definitely related.

EDIT: It is also worth mentioning that this used to work fine but stopped working last year after some update to the chromium engine.
