Improve toast message panel

When the user copies the password, a toast message appears for 4s. Iterate to improve the UI of the panel.

Refactor code in smaller components

Right now +page.svelte is kind of messy. A lot of things are going on, with TS and CSS code taking a lot of lines. The situation could be improved by introducing a few components, such as:

Fix background-color animation

When a password is generated, the background color of the masthead changes. It is animated by a CSS rule, but it is not visually pleasing.

There are 4 colors:

grey when there is no password.
red when the password is weak (below 10 chars).
yellow when the password is between 11 and 15 chars).
green when the password is strong (>16 chars, though I'd like to raise the threshold).
