the following two files are missing to reproduce the work:
testloss_100sample.csv
rna_naremoved_logtransformed_normalized.csv

It appears that there are some files which are missing from this repo which make it unusable.

Most importantly, utils.py is absent, so none of the main functions run.

Additionally, it appears that all of the data files are missing as well (rna_naremoved_logtransformed_normalized.csv), so it's impossible to verify any of your results.

These values are also hardcoded, so other input can't be supplied through the command line interface.

It'd be great if you could update this repo to include these missing files so that we can explore your results! Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to run the code with the input as:

python3 predict_random_missing.py 'testdata_100sample.csv' 'testloss_100sample.csv' 'models/imputationmodel.ckpt' 17176 0.7 as given in the README file.

But, I am getting this error:

OutOfRangeError (see above for traceback): Read less bytes than requested
[[node save/RestoreV2 (defined at predict_random_missing.py:15) ]]

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Can't the code be used to train other model?
My data is 8-dimension ,it seems like tht the code can only train 17176.
How can I train my data?

There is no free and open source licensing information attached to this repo, meaning that it can't be used in real systems.

It'd be great if you could choose and attach a Free and Open Source license to go along with this project!
