When a debuginfod service is running this should be enough to get that working.

For several deprecated packages i've had to manually remove the stale eopkg files e.g.

ferryctl remove source unstable nemiver

Eopkgs that were deprecated in repo_data a long time ago can still be found:

DeleteRepo pops up one time too many in a rg DeleteRepo search to be "not yet implemented" as one comment says in ferryd/core/repo.go.

We need this functionality for easy testing of the epoch bump where we need to be able to do quick successive cycles of create/index/remove <the epoch testing repo>.

People should still be able to roll back if needed.

the emoji still made it's way into the index
was ypkg build before iksemel with the emoji fix was indexed?
wait whatt
when i build it locally with history enabled the emoji isn't there
why it is still making its way into the index file
wait what writes the index file on the server?
OH libeopkg as part of ferryd writes the index file
so we'd also need an emoji fix there
