• on normal mode listen for k,j to move up and down through the list, (k,j) -> (up, down)
• on normal mode listen for i to enter <insert-mode> instead of e
• on normal mode listen for g instead of i to toggle case sensitive searches

visuals

• visually tell the user in which mode is (Normal | Insert)
• remove the blink effect on the help messages
• merge the help messages with the application
• make the pattern text bold
• reduce the input height to accept the minimum content
• replace "Input" title for "Pattern"
• display a message if the list is empty
• display a message the user if a search has zero matches (maybe a popup or a dialog at the bottom)
