Simple implementation in numpy of an Echo State Network model trainable with ridge regression method.

This command show o console the time used to process datasets, load dataset, prediction and training phase. It is printed also the Mean Square Error of test set as metric. This results will bee print for 2 dataset that are:

• noisy sinusoid
• cardano dataset
