As discussed on skype, the files in this repo are an overlay on the geonetwork.war file.

We have 2 options to use these files:

• expand the geonetwork.war file, copy the files on the expanded dir and rezip back the war file, and make tomcat deploy the new war
• deploy the war file, copy the overlay files in the webapps/geonetwork directory

• Pulizia namespace: le dichiarazione dei namespace vengono replicate su ogni nodo: i ns più comuni devono essere dichiarati alla radice
• namespace GML: la URI del namespace GML va migrata da http://www.opengis.net/gml a http://www.opengis.net/gml/3.2
• typo nel metadataStandardName: Linee guida RNDT -> Linee Guida RNDT (Requisito RC.6)

ows server is used to generate the bbox images.

Lately it's no longer providing http access, but only https.
The URL has been fixed in GN > 3.10.4.

Need a temporary fix while still using 3.10.4.
The fix should be removed when aligning GN reference version for RNDT to 3.10.6.
