usbip-windows's Issues

Has anyone had success building this recently?

I could not get this built with VS 2022 and Windows 11.

Would love to be able to run the client on Windows 11. There's another, more public project for a USBIPD that provides a .MSI installer, but it's missing a client.

If this works, a binary installer would be super nice.

Can not list devices on client side

Hi all
I have successfully compiled user space tools and driver for windows 10. Driver installed with no error (Test mode activated).
Server side is Ubuntu 18.04 kernel 4.15.
I started usbip as daemon and successfully binded one usb device. I can see device listed when I executed ‘usbip list -l’ on server.

I execute ‘usbip.exe list -r <ip_address>’ from client. There is no error but it says there is no device.
Is there anything I can try to solve that?

Regards

How do I build this and what do I do with it. The instructions were unclear and outdated.
