The plan, I think, is to create one character of every race by assigning them the various body parts.
The Races.xml is a decent set up I think.
BodyPart.cs is also a good start.

I started writing the code for bodypart manager before realizing i should probably make a Race Class.

So every Race has multiple BodyParts.
Each character has one race.
For later BodyParts can have one/multiple gear?
Each BodyPart can hold at most one item/weapon.
