Update to clustering function signatures breaks wasmgeoda

This commit on libgeoda:

GeoDaCenter/libgeoda@d226eff

which adds a reference to the distance matrix to clustering functions, breaks the calls to jsgeoda_clustering in this lib, for example here

To fix I assume we need to construct the distance matrix in each of the jsgeoda functions and pass through to the relevant clustering function in libgeoda?
