Another possibility would be to read the JSON payload in a Dict{String, Any}.
However, in that case the route "jsontest" in test_json_payload.jl will fail because the conversion of """{"test":[1,2,3]}""" is no longer a JSON3.Array but a Vector.
This vector is then joined by to_response(). So String(resonse.body) will be "123" instead of "[1, 2, 3]".

Actually, it is a bit surprising to see that vectors are joined but AbstractVectors are not. Maybe, it is reasonable to only join AbstractVectors{<:AbstractString}? - It would be still confusing to """{"test":["hello", "world"]}""" as "helloworld".
