When issuing a report to Tel Aviv municipality, the correct street code needs to be sent. This is how the municipality system knows the address. The street name field is irrelevant.

The picture needs to be encoded to base64 and appended to the service request xml body

In the menu bar, the title is left aligned; it should be right aligned

As a user, I want the app to suggest my current address by my location, so I don't have to type all of it.

As a user, I want to be able to later edit this address (either the street name, or house number), if it needs correction.

As a user of the app, I want the address field to auto-complete as I type it

As a user, after I enter my info to the fields (whether I submit a request or not), I want the app to save them for when I open the app in the future.

For example:

• car is parking on pavement.
• car is blocking access to parking
• etc.

The app will come with a predefined list of hazards.
In the future we might expand it with user generated hazards.
