support for additional content types?
Hi,
would you be receptive to PR's providing interfaces to other Chado modules IE biomaterials, expression data?
I realized that this tool is perfect for automated loading of my seed dataset.
Elaboration of Tripaille documentation?
Colleagues,
After following the link off the docker-tripal page in the README near:
_"..If you are using Tripaille to load data..."_, I landed inside this project.
Sorry for being a bit pedantic here - I know I can perhaps read between the lines - but perhaps the README of this project could be prefaced with a more complete definition about exactly what is Tripaille (I know it is a CLI program), what is its purpose and scope of action (something to do with data loading, but...)? The name 'tripaille' looks like some kind of acronym starting with 'Tripa" (from "Tripal") but perhaps, the suffix letters mean something descriptive of the scripts purpose in life... or, maybe it is just a fanciful name?
Also, what's the interplay between Tripaille and Tripal cron jobs? This is mentioned in the docker-tripal README:
_"...If you are using Tripaille to load data, you have nothing specific to do, jobs will be launched automatically for you...."_
But less obvious here.
In other words, give the newby's a soft landing in this project so they quickly get their bearings...

[Tripal 3] Crash with Elasticsearch
Due to issues with form redirection, several function with tripaille db are non-functional for now.
A PR was made that fixes the problem (tripal/tripal_elasticsearch#230).
Once it is merged, this issue can be closed.
error getting csrf token?
Hi,
I'm trying this out and im unable to interact with the server with the error in the stack being:
File "/Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/tripal/client.py", line 62, in _get_csrf_token
(r.status_code, r.text))
Exception: Unexpected response from tripal while getting CSRF token 404: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML+RDFa 1.0//EN"
I've double checked my username password in the tripaille.yml, they are correct.
Is there any configuration or prerequisites needed on the tripal site itself?
