macos-latest unsupported architecture

When using macos-latest, we are getting:

💾 Install Geth
...
  Error: Unsupported MacOS architecture

403 forbidden all of a sudden

Getting this for some reason:

Connecting to codeload.github.com (codeload.github.com)|140.82.114.9|:443... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Forbidden

As an aside, I noticed I am getting this on normal wget requests as well, and even when using py-geth install, so I think something may have changed either with GitHub serves or the Geth repo, I am not sure.
