Describe your feature request
as an user I want that my notes should be able to be organised by one tag automatically. Notes under same tag are sorted by date.

This feature should be available to MacOS and iOS.

as an user I want that when I trigger burn code for 3 times, all my data is completely deleted

Notes should be encrypted with strong algorithms that no private information can be hacked

Each note can add scanned documents. It must provide excellent user experience and reading experience

Add hashtag to notes, so that all notes must have at least one self defined hashtag when creates. And tags get highlight colour.
This should be also showed in the sample notes.

Example:
in note, when user writes $bloodpressure=130, save "bloodpressue: 130", later can generate time series data for blood pressure

1. note dollar sign design, similar like tag scanning
2. database design for saving data in open metrics data format
