No output after running Start.bat

I have installed JDK 8 and then tried tu run Start.bat, the cmd window then starts but shows no output and the server does not seem to be running since i cant connect using localhost.exe.

Is there any guide on how to make this server work?

How to unhide as gm?

Hi, in case you are still active. How do i unhide myself when logged in as GM? Can't find such command in the source...Thanks in advance.
