Contains d3 visualization extensions for Splunk

This section provides information about installing and using the D3 Splunk Extensions.

• Operating System: Windows, Linux, or Mac OS X.
• Web browsers: Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, Internet Explorer 9 or later.

The D3 Splunk Extentions is built as a Splunk App, enabling interactive examples running within an instance of Splunk Enterprise 5 or 6.

If you downloaded the Web Framework Toolkit from Splunk Apps, you can install the toolkit within Splunk Web.

1. Download and unzip the D3 Splunk Extentions or clone the repository from GitHub.
2. Copy the /d3_splunk_extentions subdirectory into $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/.
3. Restart Splunk.
4. In Splunk Web, navigate to the D3 Splunk Extentions
