ns3-pmipv6's Issues

using bridge with OcbWifiMac in PMIPv6 Vehicular Environment

Dear Gursharan Singh,

I am actually still new with ns3. I am working on PMIPv6 in vehicular scenario (vehicle2Infrstracture). I am using your contribution (ns3-19 with pmipv6 and WAVE modules). I attached my topology. For the mobility I used SUMO and Ns2mobility helper. I tried to follow the steps in pmipv6-wifi.cc example in the scratch.

However, I need to use a bridge to connect two netdevices (wifi and MAG) on APs. Unfortunately, since I am using 802.11p with OcbWifiMac type, as I believe I can’t use the bridge.

Is it really I can’t bridge? If so any advice or suggestion to achieve my topology without using the bridge?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Porting the PMIPv6 in NS-3.26

I'm having trouble porting the PMIPv6 module you developed in NS-3.26. I've done a lot of work to make some examples you wrote in the scratch folder like the pmipv6-wifi and the lena-x2-handover-measures. I'm trying to make the lena-x2-handover-measures-ipv6-pmipv6.cc to run successfully, but unfortunately bugs keeps showing up.
Could you please give some advice to make the PMIPv6 work with NS-3.26?
