Allow users ask which of others' games have pending turns

It could be nice to be able to ask the bot for the pending turns of others (extend the functionality described in #10) in a way such as:

> /pending_games @g0ldanel 
> g0ldanel has turns pending in 1028 and 1031

Change the name of the bot

Right now it's dominions4_turn_bot. It should be something like dominions5_super_bot.

Allow getting turn information about all the current games

Currently we can ask for the status of a game with something like /status_1027.

It'd be interesting to have a command, eg. /status_all which would list all the active games. It would probably be a good idea if each game's message goes separate from the rest (and follows the same format as individual /status_xxxx messages.

Allow users ask which of their games have pending turns

Let's say I am playing games in port numbers 1028, 1029 and 1031. Both in 1028 and 1031, I could join the game and play a turn (I haven't played this turn). It'd be nice to ask the bot something like > /pending_games and have it say paradoja - you have turns in 1028 ans 1031 pending.
