Target net6, net7

From https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/platform/support/policy/dotnet-core#lifecycle, the currently supported .NET frameworks are net6 and net7. I don't see any issue in keeping net5 supported, but would appreciate addition of net6 and net7 support.

Incorrect Snowpack references in package properties in .csproj

The csproj mentions Snowpack instead of Vite in the package properties.

Copyright in License

The Apache license is used, from my understanding forks would have to retain the copyright notice from the license. However, the license only has a copyright template, no actual copyright declaration.

Create a NuGet package

I understand from the ReadMe that there's an open issue with the dev server and HMR, if I understand correctly that's only an issue when using a base path. I'm not sure if you can work around that using server.hmr configuration (from Server Options | VIte). If there's no workaround, perhaps an exception when base path is not empty will do?

I think I'd benefit from this project if it's available as NuGet package, would be nice if the final hurdle could be taken.
