I found how to debug, this is add-in log.

What's more, I just met a connection problem. Add-in could not get WebSocket to app.
I fixed it by adding 127.0.0.1 localhost2.paperlib.app to my host file.

Hi, I was renewing the HTTPS cert for localhost2.paperlib.app a few mins ago. Thus you get a connection problem.

I'm currently investigating your bug.

Hi, there must be some unknown citation keys which are not added by the paperlib add-on.

We use citation-js to manage all citations in one Word document. If you copy-paste another document's citation key to this file, the citation-js cannot build an instance for that as it is not added by paperlib add-on. When you insert new citations, we will first insert the new citation into citation-js and then rebuild the citation keys in this document for some styles like: [1][2]. Without citation-js, we cannot achieve that.

Thus, please make sure that all citation keys are inserted by paperlib add-on. Don't copy-paste. For your own document, please find those citation keys you copied from another file and delete them. Then everything should be ok.

Hi, I didn't use other citation tools. Later I will provide the original docx which is not copy-paste. After I delete all citations one by one, add in could add new citation normally.
