This repository contains the official GPG public key released by Haoda Fu. You can use this key to securely send encrypted messages or files to me, or to verify digital signatures on documents or emails that I have signed. Please also help me to verify my public key to build Web of Trust whenever you can.

If you wish to send me an encrypted message or file, you can encrypt it using my public key. Here’s how you can do it:

• Import my public key into your GPG keyring:

gpg --import [path-to-this-file]

Replace [path-to-this-file] with the path to the file containing my public key.

• Encrypt your message or file using my public key:

gpg --encrypt --recipient '[email protected]' [your-file]

Replace [your-file] with the path to the file you want to encrypt.

• Send the encrypted file to me via your preferred secure method.

To verify a digital signature I have made:

• Import my public key into your GPG keyring (if you haven’t already):

gpg --import [path-to-this-file]

• Use GPG to verify the signature:

gpg --verify [signed-file]

Step 1: Import the Public Key

• Open the terminal or command prompt.
• Execute the following command to import the public key:

gpg --keyserver hkps://keys.openpgp.org --recv-keys 8C88CE5DC72E96CED5581FC587A7AC396148B732

This command downloads and imports the public key from keys.openpgp.org (Or you can go to the website and download it).

Step 2: Verify the Public Key

• Before signing, check the details of the public key to make sure its finger print is the same as listed in this website:

Step 3: Sign the Public Key

• Use the following command to sign the public key:

gpg --sign-key 8C88CE5DC72E96CED5581FC587A7AC396148B732

• Follow the prompts to complete the signing process.

Step 4: Upload the Signed Key

• After signing, upload the updated public key back to the keyserver:

gpg --keyserver hkps://keys.openpgp.org --send-keys 8C88CE5DC72E96CED5581FC587A7AC396148B732

Due to the signatures, my public key that you downloaded from keys.openpgp.org may not look exactly the same as below. But after you import, all of them should have the same fingerprint as show in this website. All of them can be used to verify my signature.
