RandomAccessLIst is the exact dual of Vector. Whereas Vector adds elements at the end the sequence, RandomAccessList adds them at the beginning of the sequence. If you have the use case that requires this, then Vector does not work so well. Like many linear functional data structures, the actual use cases are edge cases.
