Do not you think to rebrand & rename the project to CosmosDbTypeProvider ?

The tests at the moment depend on the test documentdb account having certain properties. It would be better if the build process added the required entities, ran the tests, then deleted the entities

• the version number should come from appveyor.yml.
• docs should be generated only on release
• release notes

I just came across this type provider while dealing with fsprojects/FSharp.TypeProviders.SDK#121. I'll add a separate issue about that

I had been meaning to look into a TP for DocumentDb for some time. Would you be interested in collaborating to iterate on this further?

One thing we often to to help enable collaboration is to move projects to http://github.com/fsprojects. This helps raise the visibility of the project, helps attract contributors and also gives a "backup admin" for basic tasks. If you'd like to move the project to "fsprojects" that would be great

When appveyor builds the PR it does not use the secure credentials for the test account so the build fails at PR even although it would succeed in the master branch.

Would like to be able to fix this - needs some investigation
