作用:
    批量创建恢复文件/修复文件
用法：
    下载Release文件解压par2.exe到当前文件夹
    https://github.com/Parchive/par2cmdline

    使用资源管理器，将文件拖动到此文件夹中的
    create.bat文件上，即可为其文件所处的文件
    夹添加其文件的par2校验与5%冗余修正文件.

    拖动到repair.bat文件上，如果文件名未曾修
    该且错误率不超过5%，即可修复
