Config or ENV may coexist

Issue Description

Connect-DeviceCode contains a try-catch block in to pull the authresponse every x seconds.
If the authResponse is not done already, PowerShell will switch to the catch block.
The catch block contains a if-statement, which will throw a terminating error, if the error message does not match '"error":"authorization_pending"'

Root cause

The real error message from the authentication service is
'"error": "authorization_pending"'
, which includes a space character.

Solution

Please add the space character to match the error message.
