FreshRSS supports a custom TOS (Terms of Service) page. Could that help?

If I understood the TOS page correctly, then sadly not. I've made the default user's feeds publicly available without any registration. Users are not allowed to register as my feeds are intended to be consumed by any website visitor without a login.

I would propose to have it as an extension plus add some hooks that allows to add links/pages into the menu next to About FreshRSS and ToS page.
I am not a fan of modifying the page that describes the app. It is a "About FreshRSS" page, not about your service.
Seen from German law: You need an Imprint/Impressum that is named similar. A modified "About FreshRSS" page would not solve this problem.
