It's required to clarify if the TLD .top affects it. The background is that on most of the .top TLDs primarily spam sites are hosted.

The task is to find out (among SEO community) if it's really the case or are there any other reasons for the bad ranking / low traffic?

If this suspicion is confirmed, then we'll need to move to a different TLD.
