Add oelint-adv support

Would be nice to have support for oelint-adv:

oelint-adv performance is very slow

It sometimes takes seconds for the language-server to update the linting highlights etc. Not sure if this is due to oelint-adv being slow or the server.

Adapt to new oelint-parser API

The update is in hold until we confirm it is supported, so we add it to the Nixpkgs.

How to make variable descriptions get shown on hover again?

This used to work and was now replaced with the parsing of includes, which is also nice. Is there a way to have both?

Hello, I'm trying to use this in emacs, but I'm getting an error saying that the server does not support the method textDocument/definition. I feel like this is the main feature needed by a language server for bitbake, to avoid constantly needing to use ag/grep to find package definitions.
