PMS132(B) write support is planned for easypdkprog (see free-pdk/easy-pdk-programmer-software#17), so it might make sense to add these parts here:

Three of these (PMS132B-S08, PMS132B-S14, PMS132-S16) are also currently available at LCSC.

The U06 devices have a smaller footprint.
The PMS150C-U06 is available at LCSC and supported by easypdkprog.
The PMS15A-U06, PMS154C-U05, PMS154B-U06 are further devices supported by easypdkprog.

Many Padauk-µC are available in 14-pin SOIC footprint.
The following are both available at LCSC and supported by easypdkprog:

PFS173-S14
PMS154B-S14
PMS154C-S14

The PMS134 is a largest pdk15 device and the one pdk15 device supported by ucsim. easypdkprog support is currently read-only.

At least the following should be supported:

Only the PMS134-S16A is currently available at LCSC.

Some of the more powerful Padauk devices (some OTP devices and the PFC460 and PGS134) are available in SOP24-300mil package.
