When running murmur server on centos 7, the following warnings occur:

QIconvCodec::convertFromUnicode: using Latin-1 for conversion, iconv_open failed
QIconvCodec::convertToUnicode: using Latin-1 for conversion, iconv_open failed

The mumble server nevertheless starts successfully, but it might have some encoding issues.

Impact: unclear

If ever a user tries to connect to the server and has some special UTF-8 / Unicode character in their username, and the murmur server suddenly crashes, this issue might describe the root cause.

Tested: text-chat is working and accepts e.g. emojis "😉"

Use renovate regex manager to update dependencies in Dockerfile and trigger a new github actions build, + optional: draft/create a new release with artifact

Should create PRs, when PRs are merged, triggers gh-action.

• Setup Renovate
• Configure Renovate for Mumble version
• Configure Renovate for OpenSSL 1_x branch
• Configure Renovate for Qt out-of-scope
• Trigger GH-action PR build, merge to main branch manually
• Merging to main branch triggers GH-action to build the server binary and create a new release

Official mumble project provides a docker image for mumble server.
Compare their Dockerfile (https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble-docker/blob/master/Dockerfile) to the one currently used in this build container project.
Maybe some optimizations can be derived?
Maybe one could even contribute this static murmur build back to the official mumble project (in case they are interested)?
